I work from an understanding of “body as instrument and voice as power”. Each BODY is different, which means each person will have a slightly different instrument. There are techniques and skills to be learned, but what sets my lessons apart is that I strive to get to the core of your unique voice-both sonically and emotionally. This track is for artists of any kind who have felt stale or stagnant in their practice. We tend to call it “artist’s block”, but I believe this is an indication of something deeper. Blocks seem to come during or after a move, breakup, loss of a loved one, or any other big life change. Sometimes these events can cause creativity to boom, and other times they stun us. Lately I have noticed the resiliency of “The Artist” has suffered in a culture that demands more of our time and energy simply to provide the essentials for ourselves. I’m a songwriter first and foremost, but I am also working on a book that is slated to be finished in late 2026 and self-published in 2027.

My life story has brought me to where I am today. Themes of paradox and loss seem to always follow me, and I will be opening up about my experience in a religious marriage of 7 years, leaving the church, falling in love (twice), being a newbie to dating apps, living alone, and ultimately finding myself somewhere in all of the chaos.

Shortly after the election of 2024, I started a creativity meetup that was rooted in anti-fascism, anti-capitalism, DIY culture, and resource sharing. Inspired by the Riot Grrl movement of the 90’s, we lean on many of the same principles, but aim to be inclusive for ALL identities.

  • Are you a hobby singer wanting some tips and technical skills? Maybe you’ve never sang before but want to be more grounded in ways to somatically ground yourself?

    The Body Keeps the Score says "We can directly train our arousal system by the way we breathe, chant, and move, a principle that has been utilized since time immemorial..." I believe that everyone can and SHOULD sing as a way to heal from the inside out. This track is a great way to dip your toes into reconnecting with your voice as your somatic and spiritual power!

  • This track is specifically designed for performers. We work on vocal technique, but can also take you to the next level with stage presence, emotional presence, mic control, harmonies, studio recording etiquette, and much more. These lessons have a wider scope, assume a deeper level of experience, and pair nicely with creative rehabilitation.

  • This track is for:

    -Speakers preparing for a professional presentation or event

    -Performers with solos or specific gigs

    -Someone preparing for a wedding speech

    -Anyone wanting focused vocal attention in a short period of time
